Lynn Schooler, Juneau
Lynn Schooler has lived in Alaska for more than forty years. His first book, Blue Bear: A True Story of Discovery and Friendship in the Alaskan Wild has been published in over twelve languages and has won literary prizes in Europe. Lynn is also the author of The Last Shot: The Incredible Story of the C.S.S. Shenandoah and the True Conclusion of the American Civil War and Walking Home: A Traveler in the Alaska Wilderness, A Journey into the Human Heart. Walking Home was awarded the 2010 Banff Mountain Festival prize for literature.
