Part 2 of his epic series, Brandon Sanderson does not disappoint. A deep and
unique magic system, strong character development, and descriptive battles
and politicking make this one of the best fantasy books of this era.

This book reads very quickly.  A unique twist on the old adage, 'be careful what you wish for'. A little dark at times, but I like what this writer has to say.  Some of the characters could have been filled out more, as well as some of the back story, but I like that the story is unusual and the characters keep your interest.

I would recommend this book.

I already want there to be a book 2! This book has a well-written story inside with a satisfying amount of mystery, intrigue, adventure and a sprinkle of romance.

This is a wonderful book that had me hooked from the first chapter.  I could visualize the characters from the descriptions and could feel the main character's hurt, heartbreak, love and betrayal.  I will definitely read the next book in the series.

This book is an enlightening read about two main topics: dementia and reestablishing your roots.  Even people whose situations don't match will find this book interesting. enjoyable read for the young adult.  From the first chapter many readers may not feel that they can connect with this situation but if you keep to it, it's worth the read.
